- Process and manage weekly or monthly payroll for clients using ADP and Paychex platforms.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry, tax calculations, and deductions.
- Conduct thorough payroll audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute accurate payroll reports and summaries.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the HR team to update employee records and classifications.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably with exposure to ADP or Paychex.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex data.
- Ability to work effectively during the graveyard shift (night hours).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of integrity.
- Relevant certification in Payroll or HR is a plus.
