In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring that all our valued employees are compensated accurately and on time.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage sensitive data, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide essential support to our workforce regarding payroll inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing cycles for assigned employee groups, ensuring strict adherence to the payroll calendar.
- Validate time and attendance data, ensuring accuracy of computations, leaves, and overtime.
- Calculate and process statutory deductions, taxes, and other mandatory contributions in compliance with local labor laws.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inquiries with high professional standards.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee databases in the HRIS/Payroll system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of payroll-related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, taxation (BIR), and mandatory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume processing under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and high level of integrity when dealing with confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
