In this crucial role, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will act as the subject matter expert on Singapore employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions. Working closely with our HR and Finance departments, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and employee trust within our premier healthcare and hospitality ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring absolute accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer statutory contributions including CPF, SDL, and various community fund contributions (CDAC, SINDA, ECF, MBMF).
- Coordinate and submit annual income tax filing (IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A) and process tax clearance (IR21) for departing foreign employees.
- Submit claims for government-paid leaves (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare) and National Service (NS) make-up pay.
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation, variance analysis, and costing reports for management and finance audits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll queries, resolving disputes and issues with high professionalism.
- Stay updated on changes to the Singapore Employment Act and statutory regulations, ensuring continuous compliance across all payroll processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in high-volume payroll administration, preferably in the healthcare, hospitality, or service sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, Central Provident Fund (CPF) regulations, and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) tax guidelines.
- Proficiency in using enterprise payroll/HRIS systems and advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and numerical skills with outstanding attention to detail.
