Join Erajaya's dynamic HR team as a Payroll Specialist (Talent Pool) - Supervisor and become the backbone of our compensation operations. This critical role demands expertise in payroll processing, tax compliance (especially PPh21), and advanced Excel proficiency. You'll manage end-to-end payroll cycles, analyze compensation data for accuracy, and implement robust risk management protocols. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights while ensuring seamless payroll execution for our diverse workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees
- Ensure PPh21 tax compliance and generate mandatory reports
- Develop automated payroll reports using advanced Excel formulas
- Conduct payroll audits to identify discrepancies and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll-related employee queries
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR Management
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in Indonesia
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh21)
- Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
- Certification in Payroll/HR preferred
- Experience with payroll software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
