As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll for our US-based clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage full-cycle US payroll for multiple clients, including data entry, calculations, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including quarterly and annual filings.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies, investigate variances, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including timekeeping, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports, statements, and tax forms (W-2, 940, 941).
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on US payroll laws and software updates to ensure continuous compliance.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist handling US payroll.
- Solid understanding of US federal and state payroll laws, tax filings, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
