Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including calculation of wages, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine tax laws, SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF regulations during remittance.
- Prepare and review comprehensive payroll reports for management review and auditing purposes.
- Manage employee inquiries regarding pay slips, tax deductions, and leave credits in a professional manner.
- Maintain confidential and organized employee records, including time logs and payroll documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and update payroll policies.
- Assist in the month-end closing processes and year-end tax filing preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in payroll processing or a similar accounting role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government mandated benefits.
- Proficiency in using payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP) or advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
