RELIANCECARE Inc, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Payroll Supervisor to oversee our payroll operations in Mandaluyong City. This is a full-time role that offers the chance to lead a dedicated team and ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for over 500 employees.
As the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the complete payroll lifecycle. Your expertise in Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and BIR taxation will be crucial in maintaining strict compliance and operational excellence. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
Key aspects of the role include overseeing complex payroll computations, managing year-end tax filings (BIR Form 1604-C, Alphalist), coordinating with HR and Finance departments, and implementing system enhancements to optimize workflow. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operations of the payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of bi-monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Philippine statutory regulations, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and loans.
- Review and validate complex payroll calculations such as overtime, night shift differential, leaves, and 13th-month pay.
- Lead the preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax reports (BIR Form 1601-C, 1604-C, Alphalist).
- Coordinate closely with HR for employee onboarding, status changes, and offboarding to ensure seamless payroll integration.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase payroll accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and assist with internal and external audit requirements.
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance management for payroll staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Expert knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits.
- Proficient in payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Infor, Quickbooks, Sprout) and advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex payroll issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead a team.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- CPA certification or equivalent is an advantage but not required.
