Join Erajaya's dynamic HR team as a Payroll Supervisor, where you'll be instrumental in driving the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll operations. This pivotal role requires a meticulous professional to oversee end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. You'll lead a dedicated team in delivering timely salary disbursements, develop robust reporting mechanisms for stakeholders, and continuously optimize payroll procedures to maintain organizational excellence.
As a key strategic partner, you'll collaborate with finance and HR leadership to implement payroll best practices, conduct regular compliance audits, and resolve complex payroll discrepancies. This position offers the opportunity to shape payroll systems through SOP development and process innovation while mentoring payroll specialists to achieve peak performance standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise end-to-end payroll processing including data validation, calculation, and disbursement
- Prepare and present comprehensive payroll reports to senior stakeholders
- Ensure payroll procedures maintain full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop payroll team members through performance management
- Conduct regular payroll audits and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related system integrations
- Optimize payroll workflows for efficiency and accuracy improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years payroll experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Leadership experience in team development and performance management
- Proven ability to handle confidential payroll data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
