Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
- Calculate and manage monthly tax withholdings (PPh 21/26) and ensure timely filing.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records and generate periodic financial reports for management.
- Administer employee benefits, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan.
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify attendance, overtime, and leave data.
- Assist in annual tax reporting (SPT Tahunan) and internal/external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration and tax compliance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21) and labor laws.
- Excellent numerical aptitude with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
