You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring strict accuracy and full compliance with Hong Kong regulations, while simultaneously nurturing and maintaining strong, professional client relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the payroll team to ensure seamless processing.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Hong Kong payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key Hong Kong clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with Hong Kong tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory filing requirements.
- Conduct regular payroll audits and quality control checks to identify and rectify errors.
- Implement and optimize payroll systems and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with the Finance and HR departments to resolve complex payroll discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of Hong Kong payroll tax, social security, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in using payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, or local HK payroll systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
