In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver our award-winning payroll services to Hong Kong clients. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring strict accuracy and full compliance with Hong Kong regulations, while simultaneously nurturing and maintaining strong, professional client relationships. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the payroll team to ensure seamless processing.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Hong Kong payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key Hong Kong clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Hong Kong tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory filing requirements.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits and quality control checks to identify and rectify errors.
  • Implement and optimize payroll systems and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and HR departments to resolve complex payroll discrepancies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Hong Kong payroll tax, social security, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, or local HK payroll systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
