Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, configure, and maintain Asterisk and Kamailio server environments for high-availability PBX solutions.
- Implement and manage VoIP gateways, trunks, and analog/digital telephony integration.
- Monitor system performance, call quality, and network latency to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Perform routine system updates, security patches, and troubleshooting of complex telecommunication issues.
- Collaborate with network engineers to integrate PBX infrastructure with broader IT systems and firewalls.
- Optimize SIP routing and dial plans to reduce operational costs and improve call handling efficiency.
- Provide technical support and documentation for internal and external communication systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PBX Engineer or VoIP Administrator specializing in Asterisk and Kamailio.
- Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and other VoIP protocols.
- Proficiency in Linux server administration (CentOS, Debian, or Ubuntu).
- Experience with FreePBX, AsteriskNOW, or other PBX GUI tools is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of firewall configurations (iptables, pfSense) to secure VoIP traffic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
