Unilever is seeking a dynamic PC Assistant Livestream and Short Video Manager to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our Personal Care (PC) portfolio on TikTok, driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and direct conversion through innovative livestreaming strategies and high-impact short-form video content.

You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to bring our iconic brands to life, ensuring every livestream is not just an event, but a community experience. If you have a proven track record in social media management, a creative eye for video production, and a data-driven approach to sales growth, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute daily livestreaming schedules on TikTok Shop to maximize product visibility and sales conversion.
  • Produce, edit, and optimize short-form video content that aligns with brand guidelines and viral trends.
  • Analyze livestream performance metrics, including view duration, engagement rates, and conversion funnels, to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage end-to-end livestream operations, including script writing, product setup, talent coordination, and real-time community interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate promotional campaigns and influencer partnerships into the livestream strategy.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep our Personal Care brand portfolio ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and maintain high brand safety standards throughout all live sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, specifically with TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce live-selling platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of livestreaming dynamics, e-commerce conversion funnels, and social media algorithms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage an audience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) and basic graphic design skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into effective marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment in the Tangerang, Banten area.
