Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot defective PCBAs using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Perform precision soldering/desoldering of surface-mount and through-hole components
- Conduct functional testing and validation of repaired assemblies
- Maintain detailed repair documentation and quality control records
- Collaborate with production teams to identify recurring failure patterns
- Implement process improvements to reduce defect rates
- Train junior technicians on repair techniques and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or 3+ years' PCBA repair experience
- Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
- Expertise in SMT and through-hole soldering techniques
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 quality standards
- Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and board layouts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in ISO-certified manufacturing environments
