Join The Keranjang Bali's dynamic manufacturing team as a PDCA Production Specialist and drive operational excellence through systematic process optimization. In this critical role, you'll implement the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology to enhance production efficiency, quality standards, and overall productivity. You'll analyze current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and execute data-driven solutions that reduce waste while increasing output. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring our manufacturing processes remain competitive in the global market. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production processes using PDCA methodology to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement process optimization plans targeting efficiency gains and waste reduction
- Monitor production KPIs and quality metrics to track improvement effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing continuous improvement initiatives
- Document process changes and maintain standardized production procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
- Train production staff on new processes and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing environment
- Certified knowledge of PDCA methodology and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection and interpretation
- Experience implementing process improvements in manufacturing settings
- Proficient in production management software and quality control tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
