Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years in product development engineering management

- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and engineering tools
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
