Erajaya is currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Supervisor to join our expanding team in Jakarta. You will be responsible for overseeing the rigorous inspection process of electric vehicles, focusing on electrical systems, battery integrity, and motor performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on electric vehicles according to official company checklists.
- Perform deep-dive diagnostics on electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, sensors, and control units.
- Verify the health and charging capacity of battery packs to ensure long-term performance.
- Test motor drive systems and power transmission components for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless vehicle handover processes.
- Identify, document, and report any technical defects or cosmetic issues to the maintenance and supply chain teams.
- Ensure all inspection tools and testing equipment are calibrated and maintained to safety standards.
- Mentor junior staff on proper handling and inspection techniques for electric automotive systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive technical inspection, specifically with electric or hybrid vehicles.
- Strong working knowledge of EV architecture, battery management systems, and charging protocols.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic scanners and multimeters.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals and circuit diagrams.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining rigorous quality control standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive projects.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in using digital reporting tools for documentation.
