Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy sessions for articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Educate parents/caregivers on home-based intervention strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, educators, and occupational therapists
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress tracking systems
- Stay current with evidence-based practices through continuous professional development
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid Philippine license as Speech Language Therapist
- Minimum 2 years pediatric clinical experience
- Native or fluent English proficiency with excellent communication skills
- Certification in pediatric-specific assessment tools (e.g., PLS-5, EVT-3)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse families
- Knowledge of cultural considerations in Filipino pediatric populations
- Experience with teletherapy platforms preferred
