Ramboll Group is seeking a dynamic People Advisor (Senior HR Executive) to join our AsiaâPacific (APAC) regional team, based in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees across the region, delivering tailored people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and compliance.
You will be responsible for endâtoâend HR advisory services, including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and HR policy interpretation. Working closely with the Centre of Excellence and local management, youâll translate global HR strategies into actionable plans that align with Rambollâs sustainabilityâfocused culture and ambitious growth agenda.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to business partners across APAC, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, career development, and offâboarding.
- Interpret and administer HR policies, employment contracts, and local labor laws, maintaining full compliance.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and external agencies to attract top talent.
- Design and deliver HR training programs and workshops that foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Utilize HRIS data to generate insights, prepare reports, and support dataâdriven decisionâmaking.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives across the region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRI, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or advisory role within a multinational organization.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore and broader APAC employment legislation and best practices.
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations matters with discretion and empathy.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian language(s) is advantageous.
- High level of cultural awareness and adaptability to work in a diverse, matrixâdriven environment.
