Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and management on various HR matters
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and foster positive workplace culture
- Support recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations
- Administer compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and company HR policies
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior advisory role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
