Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with global business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Drive global HR initiatives including talent development, succession planning, and performance cycles.
- Analyze people metrics and data to identify trends and propose actionable solutions to leadership.
- Support global organizational design efforts and manage change management initiatives during transitions.
- Champion company culture and lead programs focused on employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws in Singapore and provide guidance on international HR best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a strategic People Advisor role.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and professional judgment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and regional employment regulations.
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools for HR reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining operational standards.
