- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and business units

- Advise on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a global organization
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred
