As a People Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner, providing strategic and operational HR support to employees and managers. You will be instrumental in driving our people strategy, fostering a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will directly influence the employee experience, from talent management and performance development to employee relations and legal compliance. You will collaborate seamlessly with a global team of HR professionals to implement regional initiatives that align with Ramboll's vision and business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across the APAC region, providing expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and local regulations.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Provide dedicated coaching and support to line managers on complex employee relations cases, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and drive local talent management, learning, and development strategies.
  • Collaborate with the global HR teams to implement key regional and global HR projects, ensuring alignment and compliance.
  • Analyse people data and HR metrics to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment law and stay abreast of legislative changes across the APAC region.
  • Champion and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with strong exposure to employee relations and talent management.
  • Proven experience in a regional or global matrix organisation, preferably within engineering, consulting, or professional services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment law and a solid understanding of HR best practices across the APAC region.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, comfortable working with data and presenting insights.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
