Join Ramboll Group's dynamic People Advisor team in Singapore and shape the employee experience across our APAC region. As a People Advisor, you'll serve as the critical link between employees and leadership, driving HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. You'll partner with stakeholders to resolve complex employee relations challenges, implement strategic HR programs, and ensure compliance with Singaporean labor regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment where your expertise will directly impact talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide strategic HR advisory services to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
  • Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
  • Develop and execute HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances with fair, consistent, and legally compliant approaches
  • Partner with talent acquisition team to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate experience
  • Ensure HR data integrity and maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to support business objectives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and talent management
  • Deep understanding of Singaporean Employment Act and HR compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and recommend actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate sensitive situations diplomatically
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite
  • Proven experience in a multinational corporate environment
