Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage personnel files.
  • Collaborate with management to define workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR recruitment, generalist functions, or People Operations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and recruitment platforms.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for building a positive company culture.
