Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage personnel files.
- Collaborate with management to define workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR recruitment, generalist functions, or People Operations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and recruitment platforms.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for building a positive company culture.
