Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Support talent acquisition activities including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Manage HR administration functions including employee records, documentation, and compliance
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Stay updated on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
