Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture
- Support talent acquisition activities including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Manage HR administration functions including employee records, documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
