Mandarin Oriental is seeking a dedicated People & Culture (P&C) Executive to join our prestigious team in Marina South. This role is pivotal in supporting our P&C Business Partners, ensuring that our colleagues receive the world-class internal service that reflects our brand's legendary reputation.
As the P&C Executive, you will report directly to the Director of P&C and act as the administrative backbone of our Human Resources department. You will play a key role in maintaining employee records, facilitating talent initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the P&C Business Partners in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage attendance and leave administration, ensuring payroll accuracy and timely reporting.
- Support the execution of internal engagement events, training programs, and performance management cycles.
- Handle employee inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance while maintaining a 'colleague-first' approach.
- Prepare P&C reports, presentations, and organizational charts as requested by the Director of P&C.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support capacity, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of local Singaporean employment laws and HR best practices is highly advantageous.
