Tanggung Jawab
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Handle employee relations inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to improve engagement and organizational culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude toward team collaboration.
