Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Malaysia P&C team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and interns.
- Conduct research on employee engagement trends and best practices to support program improvements.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with high accuracy.
- Coordinate internal events, workshops, and intern activities to foster community.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts and assist with screening candidates.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for enhancing employee experiences and a keen interest in people operations.
