Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-potential candidates aligned with company values
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Lead HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and career development frameworks
- Advise leadership on organizational development, change management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain HR best practices across all operations
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions about talent retention and workplace satisfaction
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in culture or talent leadership
- Proven track record in designing employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong expertise in employee engagement programs and organizational development
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics for HR decision-making
