In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our office, championing employee engagement, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and supporting our diverse workforce in a hybrid work environment.

As our People & Culture Officer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between company goals and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, from talent management and onboarding to implementing wellness initiatives that keep our team connected and inspired. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and maintain a positive company culture.
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Facilitate performance management programs, including appraisals and professional development planning.
  • Organize and execute internal company events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment across the organization.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or People & Culture roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to manage diverse employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setup with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of improving employee morale and fostering an inclusive environment.
