As our People & Culture Officer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between company goals and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, from talent management and onboarding to implementing wellness initiatives that keep our team connected and inspired. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and maintain a positive company culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Facilitate performance management programs, including appraisals and professional development planning.
- Organize and execute internal company events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
- Assist in the design and delivery of internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or People & Culture roles.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to manage diverse employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setup with minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of improving employee morale and fostering an inclusive environment.
