  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and objectives
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities and engagement initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and maintaining a harmonious work environment
  • Support recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding of new team members
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and wellbeing, implementing initiatives to improve workplace morale
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and initiative-taking mindset
