Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and objectives
- Foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities and engagement initiatives
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and maintaining a harmonious work environment
- Support recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding of new team members
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Monitor employee satisfaction and wellbeing, implementing initiatives to improve workplace morale
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools
- Creative problem-solving abilities and initiative-taking mindset
