Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead talent acquisition campaigns to attract top-tier professionals across APAC
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and culture initiatives
- Oversee performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across global teams
- Optimize HR processes through technology and data-driven insights
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with talent focus
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations during company growth phases
- Strong expertise in Malaysian employment laws and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural competency
- Experience implementing performance management and L&D programs
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
