Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies to boost morale and retention
- Develop and implement professional development programs including leadership training and upskilling initiatives
- Conduct regular pulse surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with department heads to align talent development with business objectives
- Organize culture-building activities, recognition programs, and team engagement events
- Support performance management processes and succession planning initiatives
- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR with focus on employee engagement or learning & development
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful development programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in survey data interpretation and reporting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with all organizational levels
- Certification in HR, coaching, or organizational development preferred
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
