Join Private Advertiser's People Development team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in shaping organizational growth through talent development initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct benchmarking research on industry best practices in talent development and employee training
- Analyze employee performance data and skill gaps to identify development priorities
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Support the coordination of workshops, seminars, and learning initiatives
- Collect and evaluate participant feedback to enhance program effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive reports on development initiatives and ROI metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with business needs
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach with creative thinking abilities
- Prior internship or coursework in HR/Talent Development is highly preferred
