Tanggung Jawab
- Support the implementation of comprehensive skill management systems and processes across the organization
- Conduct skill assessments and competency evaluations to identify development needs
- Analyze employee data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Design and coordinate employee development programs, including training workshops and workshops
- Collaborate with department heads to align development initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of employee development activities and progress
- Stay updated on industry best practices in talent development and human resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent development, training, or human resources
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs is preferred
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
