Join Khasanah Sari as our People & Development Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping our team's growth and success. In this position, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and performance across our retail division. You'll work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions that align with our business objectives.
As a People & Development Specialist, you'll create engaging training modules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistency in service delivery and operational excellence. Your expertise in adult learning principles will be crucial as you deliver both technical and soft skills training to our retail team members. You'll also conduct field observations to assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to participants.
This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate training outcomes and prepare detailed reports that measure program success. You'll continuously refine our development programs based on feedback and changing business needs, ensuring our team remains competitive in the retail industry.

- Develop and implement comprehensive training systems for the retail division

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and development
- Experience creating training modules and SOPs for retail environments
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
- Proficiency in training evaluation methodologies
