Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive talent development programs including onboarding, leadership training, and skills workshops
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions
- Manage employee relations initiatives, resolving conflicts and fostering positive workplace dynamics
- Develop performance management frameworks and support managers in implementation
- Organize and facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through KPIs and employee feedback
- Collaborate with HR team on organizational development projects and culture initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in people development or HR roles
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Experience designing and implementing performance management systems
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems
- Certification in HR development (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is advantageous
