Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive talent management framework, including performance review cycles, succession planning, and talent review processes.
- Lead the design and facilitation of leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders at all levels.
- Conduct organizational needs analysis to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
- Drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle engagement strategies to enhance retention and productivity.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Manage talent analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee the new hire onboarding program to ensure seamless integration into the company culture and operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development within a large organization.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies (e.g., OKR, KPI, 360-degree feedback).
- Excellent project management, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR initiatives to business outcomes.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG industry is a distinct advantage.
