We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate People & Duty of Care Coordinator to support our international operations. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee welfare, ensuring that all medical, safeguarding, and safety requirements are met. You will provide expert guidance on duty of care protocols, manage emergency response plans, and coordinate with security and medical professionals to mitigate risks for our workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical guidance on HR, safeguarding, and duty of care policies to management and staff.
- Coordinate medical evacuations and emergency response procedures for employees in high-risk areas.
- Conduct safety assessments and security briefings for travel and remote work assignments.
- Oversee the implementation of safeguarding measures, including child protection and adult safeguarding protocols.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee medical information, risk profiles, and insurance details.
- Liaise with external security providers, medical facilities, and insurance companies to ensure timely support.
- Stay updated on international health and safety regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Security Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Duty of Care, Emergency Response, or HR Coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of medical evacuation procedures and international safety standards.
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding legislation and child protection policies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex safety information clearly.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisive decisions during high-pressure emergency situations.
