Are you passionate about shaping the future of work and employee experience? IDP Education is looking for a dynamic People Experience Intern to join our vibrant team in Makati City. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the core functions of Human Resources, specifically focusing on recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned HR professionals in a fast-paced, international environment. Your contributions will directly support our mission to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, proactive, and ready to make a tangible impact on our employee journey.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring data accuracy in HRIS systems.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
  • Conduct research on industry trends to provide insights on HR policies and best practices.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, training materials, and policy updates.
  • Monitor and update employee records in internal databases, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and process improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of basic HR concepts, recruitment cycles, and employee relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive employee data.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in People Operations and organizational development.
