In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the core functions of Human Resources, specifically focusing on recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
- Conduct research on industry trends to provide insights on HR policies and best practices.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, training materials, and policy updates.
- Monitor and update employee records in internal databases, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic HR concepts, recruitment cycles, and employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive employee data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in People Operations and organizational development.
