As a key member of our People Operations team, you will act as the first point of contact for our workforce, providing vital support in HR administrative processes, data management, and employee relations. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary HR frontline point of contact for employees regarding queries, concerns, and policy guidance.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of employee lifecycle events, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and HR metrics to assist in management decision-making.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of People Operations programs and initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and internal HR standards.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities and performance management cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or generalist functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR regulatory compliance.
- Must be willing to work on a 3-month fixed-term contract basis in Antipolo City.
