This hands-on role offers the opportunity to build and optimize comprehensive HR systems that directly impact employee experience and business growth. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings and conducting interviews to designing seamless onboarding programs that integrate new hires into our culture. Beyond recruitment, you'll oversee attendance management, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, and navigate Indonesia's complex BPJS regulations. Your expertise will be critical in developing employee documentation systems, implementing HR policies, and creating performance frameworks that drive accountability and professional development. This position is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to shape workplace culture from the ground up.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Design and execute employee onboarding programs ensuring seamless integration into company culture
  • Manage attendance tracking systems and leave administration with precision
  • Process monthly payroll accurately while adhering to Indonesian labor regulations
  • Administer BPJK (Jamsostek) and statutory employee benefits compliance
  • Develop, maintain, and update employee documentation and digital HR records
  • Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management frameworks
  • Conduct employee relations activities including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR Generalist or People Operations role
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP), BPJS, and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local solutions)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Experience developing HR policies and performance management systems
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality
