Tanggung Jawab
- Support the HR team with daily administrative operations, including data entry, file management, and documentation.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job descriptions to scheduling interviews.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize internal corporate events.
- Maintain and update personnel records in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing employees.
- Conduct research on local labor laws and HR best practices to support policy updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline people-related workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Eager to learn and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week full-time internship program.
