Join Orson Indonesia as our People Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's most valuable asset - our people. In this dynamic position, you will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, from strategic talent acquisition and development to ensuring operational excellence in payroll processing, compliance management, and employee relations.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives, foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement and performance. You'll oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent, manage payroll systems accurately and efficiently, design learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities, and ensure all HR practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational experience, with a proven track record in building and optimizing HR processes. You'll be instrumental in creating an environment where employees can thrive, grow professionally, and contribute meaningfully to our organization's success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment processes to attract, select, and retain top talent
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work culture
- Analyze HR metrics and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop talent pipelines
- Optimize HR operations through process improvements and technology implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven experience in all HR functions: recruitment, payroll, L&D, compliance, and operations
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing HR teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English
