Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee HR business partnership for assigned accounts, serving as the primary HR contact for leadership teams
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity
- Create and execute retention programs to minimize turnover and build a stable workforce
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for organizational improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and strategic objectives
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions with fairness and professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HR business partner or similar role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance requirements
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems, HR analytics, and data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement and retention programs
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
