Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end administrative support for the People Services/HR department.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity.
- Provide prompt and professional support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with call center supervisors to facilitate staff scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, and other relevant people metrics.
- Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR coordination, administrative, or customer support role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
