Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR operational processes to ensure seamless departmental performance.
- Implement and maintain standardized HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Facilitate effective onboarding and offboarding experiences for all personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS documentation.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and appraisal coordination.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave, and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to resolve personnel issues and foster a healthy work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar personnel-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HR management software or tools.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
