- Develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with clients' long-term goals
- Analyze investment portfolios and optimize asset allocation strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
- Present complex financial concepts through client-friendly reports
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients in Sumatera Utara
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting financial planning
- Collaborate with investment specialists for integrated solutions
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial planning/advisory
- CFP® certification or equivalent professional designation
- Proven track record in portfolio management and risk analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong proficiency in financial planning software and market analytics
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and investment regulations
- Fluent in English for international client interactions
