Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive CX strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty across all Richeese Factory outlets.
- Analyze customer feedback, satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS), and market data to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Oversee performance marketing initiatives to ensure ROI-driven customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, and Sales, to ensure seamless brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage customer-facing digital touchpoints, including mobile apps and social media feedback loops.
- Lead initiatives to improve the end-to-end dining and delivery experience based on data-driven insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), Performance Marketing, or Business Strategy, preferably in the F&B or Retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and CRM software.
- Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns that directly impact customer retention and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and current F&B industry trends.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
