Surya Bumi Retailindo is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Performance E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our marketplace presence, responsible for executing high-impact campaigns, optimizing product visibility, and driving conversion rates across leading e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with performance metrics and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will leverage data-backed insights to refine our digital strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and maximize ROI. If you have a proven track record in managing marketplace operations and a deep understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce landscape, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales volume.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, including SEO-driven titles, high-converting descriptions, and compelling imagery.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to identify trends, pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage promotional calendars and flash sale participation.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market pricing to ensure our competitive positioning on marketplaces like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
  • Manage advertising budgets and execute paid ad campaigns (e.g., Marketplace Ads) to maximize ROAS.
  • Perform A/B testing on store layouts, banners, and product messaging to enhance user experience and conversion.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, specifically within the retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketplace back-end tools (Seller Center).
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce algorithms, SEO best practices, and marketplace ad tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams and external marketplace partners.
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
