Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales volume.
- Manage and optimize product listings, including SEO-driven titles, high-converting descriptions, and compelling imagery.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to identify trends, pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage promotional calendars and flash sale participation.
- Monitor competitor activity and market pricing to ensure our competitive positioning on marketplaces like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
- Manage advertising budgets and execute paid ad campaigns (e.g., Marketplace Ads) to maximize ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing on store layouts, banners, and product messaging to enhance user experience and conversion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, specifically within the retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketplace back-end tools (Seller Center).
- Deep understanding of e-commerce algorithms, SEO best practices, and marketplace ad tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams and external marketplace partners.
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
